- Establishment costs (recruitment, training etc.)
- Crew travel expenses
- Sundry, unrecoverable medicals.
STORING COSTS:
- Provisions, victualling
- Deck and engine general stores
- Paints
- Ropes & cordage
- Lubricants
- Cabin stores / laundry etc.
- Fresh water
MAINTENANCE COSTS:
- Deck repairs and spares
- Engine repairs & spares
- Electronic & Navigational aids including charts and publication
- Surveys, certification etc.
INSURANCE COSTS:
- Insurance of hull and machinery
- P & I insurance cost
- Insurance for loss of earning
- Deductible allowance
- Insurance for war risks.
ADMINISTRATION COSTS:
- Communication costs
- Port cost on owners account
- Management fee
- Miscellaneous costs (business development, administration etc.)
*An apportioned, estimated drydock expenses should be taken into account.
