Exchange of information
After a pilot boards the ship, he has a discussion with the Master, about the intended plan for the vessel maneuvering into or out of the port, and there takes place in a two-way exchange of information. This exchange of information is formally done by conveying it on three standard forms available from ICS Bridge Procedures Guide, and used on board ship by Masters.
