Immigration clearance
- Crew list containing Number and the nationality of crew at arrival/departure-Name(Given and Family Names)/Rank/DOB and Age /Sex / Nationality /Identity card No / Port/date of Arrival signed by Master-4 copies on arrival and 2 at departure
Based on the above, the shore permit is given for the crew to enter that Place
After the crew list is submitted, for crew of some countries, if they are joining or leaving the Ship, the Visa for the Country of joining or leaving is necessary-Please note that the family of the crew members should have a valid visa to that Country
Please also note that the responsibility of taking back the stowaways if any rests on the Master of the Ship
