REMARKS
- In case of UMS operated vessels, 4th Engineer may not be carried.
- On vessels fitted with GMDSS equipment, Radio Officer may not be carried, if other officers are suitably qualified and compensated.
- In the event a vessel being involved in Restricted Trading the manning levels will be accordance with safe Manning Certificate issued by the Flag State and by negotiations with MUI.
All the persons should hold the necessary certificates (As per STCW 2010 convention, the ETO should also be certified)
